Candidate Profile * A successful experience in the same position of sales and knowledge of the market is a plus. * You have a sound technical knowledge of agricultural techniques and crops * You have experience in product development and/or technical field knowledge * You have a good knowledge of English & Hindi (must) and a Knowledge of a regional language is a plus. * You work well-organized and accurately. Good analytical skills are a must-have
Job Profile Instutional sales PAN India. 1) Identifying new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different states. 2) Marketing survey, sales, demand estimation/sales forecast and appointment of new bulk customers. 3) Approaching new customers for toll manufacturing/private labeling for supply our products. 4) Knowledge to conduct field trials and conducting farmers meeting. 5) Technical knowledge of crop protection products , application methods and knowledge of agricultural practice. 6) Have a passion to travel across and learn new things. Individual should be willing to travel extensively in Rural area and zeal to enhance sales at Farmers level. 7) Should have knowledge on working with excel and other office tools 8) Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner 9) Knowledge in computers, excel and office tools.
