Job Profile -Primary role to maximise business development opportunities for Frozen Foods, across the GCC, Levant, Africa regions and any other opportunties which may exsist across the globe. This a commerical position where both volumes and margins will need to be managed.

-Build a sustainable business for frozen foods in non-UAE markets.

-• Responsible for product-wise Annual/Monthly sales and profitability in non-UAE markets.

• To ensure targeted market development in terms of distributor management, new revenue stream creation, outlet coverage, product availability and visibility in close coordination local distributor team.

• Adhere control and execute the key parameters viz., on-time sales orders processing, stock levels reporting, collections, etc.

• Coordinate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans, calendars, promotional plans as per business and market requirements.

• Ensure effectiveness and control of marketing spends.

• To ensure customer/distributor relationships and service levels to outlets, in terms of order fulfillment, merchandising, in-shop-promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.

• To be responsible for implementing Vision and Values of the group in his Businesses.
