WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

1. Assist senior management in human resource planning, recruitment, selection, placement and orientation.

2. Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective consultants.

3. Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the senior management team informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

4. Undertake organisational management requirements like review of policies, management audits, preparation of annual target plans and other work depending on the domain allocated.

5. Must be able to do field level recruitment.

6. Formulation of HR strategies, plans and implementation of the same.

7. Drive enterprise-wide training programs, mentoring, induction, leadership development, talent retention, and performance management.

8. Compensation, reward and recognition programs supporting business goals.

9. Need assessment & development of training programs as per requirements.

10. Communications of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances

11. To manage and lead on HR projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget.

12. Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

QUALIFICATION: MBA/PGDBM-HR from reputed college

EXPERIENCE: 4+ year’s relevant Social Development Sector experience in HR

EXPERTISE- ESSENTIAL:

1. Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

2. Ability to manage team members and engage with communities

3. Multi-tasking ability with quality output

PERSONAL QUALITIES& BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS:

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools; data compilation and presentation skills

2. Patience and empathy in dealing with the community and the project team

3. Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, creative environment

4. Must be willing to travel as per project requirement.

5. Knowledge of Kannada or Marathi will add value along with Hindi and English.
