Job Purpose

To drive dairy channel through strategizing sales, product positioning, processes implementation and competition analysis in order to attain the set objectives of the bank.

Job Responsibilities (JR) : 6 – 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

• Dairy Business development

• Gather scoping information from line staff for business potential locations for new setups.

• Monitoring of dairy business and Implementation of various sales drive to encourage sales team for new business sourcing

• Assist sales team for lead management through Internal Systems /CRM for business penetration.

• Monitoring of productivity bench mark for dairy sales team

• Housekeeping Management

• Monitor and track the pending post disbursement deferrals and ensure timely closure of the same.

• Monitor and track CAM renewals and discuss with sales team for timely renewal.

• Tracking & monitoring of cattle insurance policy and updation with ops

• Co-ordination with Ops for submission and updation deferrals/ Insurance policy

• Portfolio Management

• Repayment Management updation and SI/DAS execution process confirmation

• Co-ordination with Remedial team for execution in case of installment bounce

• Tracking through SMS alerts on NPA/Potential NPA customers

• Monitoring on recovery and pendency in existing NPA and discussion with sales team and portfolio team for necessary action.

• Preparation of MIS related to dairy business and publishing the same to the sales team for tracking and follow ups

• Managing the routine queries from line staff and other stakeholders

• Others

• Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.

Educational Qualifications

Key Skills

• Graduation (preferably Agri Business)

• Post-Graduation MBA (preferably Agri Business)

• Banking Product & Process Knowledge

• Planning and Organizing Skills

• Communication skills

• Presentation skills

• Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.

Experience Required

• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role or exp in, dairy Companies, Dairy Society, companies, NBFC etc.

• Preferred from Banking / Financial Services.
