> Role - Retail Agri-Product Mgr-FF & Large Ticket-Mumbai

> Experience - 4 to 6 yrs

> Location - Mumbai

To develop product, program and processes along with Credit, Policy, Ops, IT and Legal, and roll out for implementation. To monitor and control portfolio and drive for business improvements. To ensure for simplification of processes & TAT for all RBGFF products for the region.

• To launch various customized product and processes to fund the farmers/aggregators/supply chain vendors associated with existing Corporate /Emerging Corporate/Business Banking Group customers as per the client requirement.

• To prepare and track budget for the Farmer Funding business(RBGFF) group.

• To co-ordinate with Sales, Credit and ops team for getting the disbursements in large ticket size proposals sourced by Sales team.

Large ticket size

• Drive the line team towards sourcing the large ticket size working capital and term loan proposals (under SAB)

• Assist the line team in getting the sanction/processing the proposal

• Creating separate MIS codes for identification of business done under the segment.
