- 15+ years working experience in a similar or senior management position in the Agro Chemical Industry.
- Implementing marketing and sales plan to ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share.
- Responsible for crop-product- geography-Marketing strategy. Aligning the organization to strategic objectives set.
- Identify, develop and commercialize new product / business opportunities within Agro intermediate segments.
- Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies to improve the product awareness
- Conceptualizing & implementing strategy as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Work closely with Strategy team and M&A for taking new initiatives.
- Good knowledge of Agro Products Industry, competitors in the market and applies this knowledge to drive business strategies.
