Vacancy is for a Sales Territory Incharge whose responsibility will be to define and execute an appropriate sales strategy for Agricultural Pheromone Lures and Traps in geography assigned, including Channel development, Business Development Activity, Trials and Demand Generation to ensure profitable sales.

Create a Distribution Channel for Business of Pheromones- Lures and Traps, Opening New Dealer

Conduct field work, including visits to farms and agricultural sites, to promote Pheromones & Traps. 

Identify and pursue new business opportunities 

Identify current market trends and consumer behavior 

Analyze market trends and competitor activities 

Manage dealerships across assigned territory to achieve sales targets Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling 

Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 

Suggest products, services or techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Looking after pre and post-sales activities

Good knowledge & experience in the field of Agricultural Pheromones- Lures and Traps 

Excellent communication skills for effective dealer management and customer interactions. 

3-8 years of experience in Agriculture Pheromone Sales -Lures and Traps 

Perseverance and ability to work in challenging environment under time deadlines 

Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
