About the Company:

Carbon Circle builds, owns and operates Renewable Natural Gas (also known as CBG) projects in India. These facilities convert organic matter in agricultural residues, industrial wastes, energy crops into biogas which is then upgraded to RNG.

RNG is a green alternative for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Piped Natural Gas (PNG), and hence decarbonizes transportation and heating (industrial, domestic) applications.

Organic manure is a byproduct from our facilities. A typical plant produces 10 Tonnes Per Day of RNG and 40 Tonnes Per Day of organic manure.

Our first plant is operational in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh since August 2024.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Strategy with a strong background in engineering, project management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving projects and influencing diverse stakeholders. This role is critical to shaping and executing the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the successful completion of high-impact projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.

Lead and oversee multiple large-scale projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Utilize advanced project management tools such as MS Projects and Primavera to manage workflows and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, sincerity, and collaboration.

Establish short-term and long-term strategies to maximize growth and profitability.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic projects across the organization.

Handle commercial negotiations and troubleshooting

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.

Identify and assess potential risks associated with strategic projects and initiatives.

Skills Required Qualifications

BTech from IIT/NIT in chemical engineering preferred, MBA from Tier 1, Tier 2 is must

Minimum 3+yrs of experience in Project management is must

Pre-MBA experience of 3-4yrs in projects (construction or project management) preferred.

Expertise in project management software tools, eg. MS Projects, Primavera
