- Direct, coordinate and develop all operation aspects of the Agri line of business, involved in creation and delivery of the organization's agri products.
- Contribute to the development of the agri business team, financial performance, and organisation expansion policies in compliance with overall corporate objectives, strategies and plans.
- Understands Rural marketing and demand creation- category, market and brand creation.
- Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies to improve the product awareness
- Conceptualizing & implementing strategy as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Implementing marketing and sales plan to ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market share.
