Experience:

2-4 years experience in handling End to End Operations Control for Agri commodities like Wheat, Maize etc

Key Responsibilities:

Wheat Purchase, Stock keeping and Dispatch Operations Control

Warehouse Management: Masters in SAP , WSP Agreements and circulating Warehouse Utilization MIS

Wheat Stock Quantity Control : Monthly Physical verifications of stock & tally with SAP , Daily tracking of DTR

Mandi and statutory Compliances-Timely Mandy filing and keeping all the statutory compliance as per local law.

Debit Notes Processing: Payment processing of monthly Debit Notes of vendors like storage, labor , freight , BG Charges bills and circulating Monthly MIS on the same.

o Controlling Wheat Sale Order and Delivery Order for Custom Milling

o Circulating Monthly allocation of pending PO for each clusters as per plan, Pending PO

o Circulating various MIS for Wheat Purchase, Sale, Stock quality, Maida coverage etc
