The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring market expansion while optimizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to optimize product positioning.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure demand fulfillment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the FMCG or edible oil industry.
Strong understanding of the Rwandan market and distribution landscape.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to drive business growth in a competitive environment.
