-Overall in charge of the Commodity Purchase team for the food business division of Elite Group;
-Major commodities : wheat, rice, sugar, etc. Should have done sourcing of atleast 75 100000MT of wheat in the last 5 years;
-Knowledge of major commodity vendors and locations;
-Knowledge of wheat Mandi and Wheat growing areas;
-Hardcore negotiator;
-In-depth knowledge of vendor development and vendor management;
-Ability to beat the market in terms of commodity price fluctuations and stocking accordingly;
-Sourcing from different locations including globally;
-Manage and build the team;
-Reporting to the Director.
-Pref MBA (Agri Business Management) / B Sc or Msc Agriculture from a premier institute.
